耐磨熱(re)電阻(zu)的測溫原理是基(ji)于什么
的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)溫(wen)原理(li)是基于(yu)(yu)導體或(huo)半導體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻值隨著溫(wen)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化而變(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)性(xing)。其優點(dian)也(ye)很多,也(ye)可以(yi)遠傳電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,靈敏度(du)(du)高(gao),穩定性(xing)強,互換性(xing)以(yi)及準確性(xing)都比較好,但是需要(yao)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)激(ji)勵,不(bu)(bu)能夠瞬時測(ce)量(liang)溫(wen)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化。不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導體具(ju)有(you)不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)密(mi)度(du)(du),因為他(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)密(mi)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)同所(suo)以(yi)產生一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)擴散,當他(ta)們(men)達到(dao)一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平衡后所(suo)形成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)勢,接觸電(dian)(dian)勢的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小取決于(yu)(yu)兩種(zhong)不(bu)(bu)同導體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)材料性(xing)質以(yi)及他(ta)們(men)接觸點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)。
耐磨熱(re)電阻使參比(bi)端溫(wen)度穩定。補償(chang)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)又(you)分為補償(chang)型和延(yan)長型兩種(zhong),所以他們(men)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢也(ye)不相同,而接觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢顧名思義就是(shi)(shi)指兩種(zhong)不同的(de)(de)導(dao)體(ti)相接觸時,延(yan)長導(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)化學成分與被補償(chang)的(de)(de)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)相同,但是(shi)(shi)實際中,延(yan)長型的(de)(de)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)也(ye)并不是(shi)(shi)用和熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)相同材質的(de)(de)金(jin)屬,一般采(cai)用和熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)具有相同電(dian)(dian)(dian)子密度的(de)(de)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)代(dai)替。
耐磨熱(re)電(dian)阻采用三線(xian)(xian)(xian)制(zhi)是為(wei)了(le)消除連接(jie)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)引起的(de)測量誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)。這是因為(wei)測量熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)一(yi)般是不平(ping)衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),其(qi)連接(jie)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(從(cong)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)到(dao)中控室)也(ye)成為(wei)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)一(yi)部分(fen),這一(yi)部分(fen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是未知的(de)且隨環(huan)境溫度(du)變化,造成測量誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)。采用三線(xian)(xian)(xian)制(zhi),將(jiang)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)一(yi)根(gen)接(jie)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源端(duan),其(qi)余兩根(gen)分(fen)別(bie)接(jie)到(dao)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)所在的(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)及與其(qi)相鄰的(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)上,這樣消除了(le)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)帶來的(de)測量誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)。

系統組(zu)成
(1)熱電阻(zu)測溫系統一般由熱電阻(zu)、連接導線(xian)和顯示儀表等(deng)組成。必須注意以(yi)下兩點:
①熱電阻和顯示(shi)儀表的分度號必須*
②為了消(xiao)除連接導線電阻變(bian)化的影響,必須采用(yong)三(san)線制接法。具(ju)體內容(rong)參見本篇(pian)第(di)三(san)章。
(2)鎧裝熱電(dian)阻 鎧裝熱電(dian)阻是由(you)感溫元件(電(dian)阻體(ti)(ti))、引線、絕(jue)緣材料、不銹鋼(gang)套管組合而(er)成(cheng)的堅(jian)實體(ti)(ti),它的外徑一般(ban)為φ1~φ8mm,zui小可達φmm。 與(yu)普(pu)通型熱電阻相比(bi),它有下列(lie)優點:
①體(ti)(ti)積小,內部無(wu)空氣隙,熱慣(guan)性上,測量滯后小;
②機械(xie)性能好、耐(nai)振,抗沖擊;
③能彎曲,便(bian)于(yu)安裝
④使用壽命長。
(3)端(duan)(duan)面熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu) 端(duan)(duan)面熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)感溫(wen)元(yuan)件由(you)特殊處理的電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)絲材(cai)繞制,緊貼在(zai)溫(wen)度(du)計端(duan)(duan)面。它與一般軸(zhou)向熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)相比,能(neng)更正確和快速地反映被測端(duan)(duan)面的實(shi)際溫(wen)度(du),適用于測量軸(zhou)瓦(wa)和其他機件的端(duan)(duan)面溫(wen)度(du)。
(4)隔爆(bao)型(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻 隔爆(bao)型(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻通過特殊結(jie)構的(de)接線(xian)盒,把其外殼內(nei)部(bu)爆(bao)炸性(xing)混合(he)氣(qi)體因(yin)受(shou)到火(huo)花或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧等影 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻體的(de)斷路修理必(bi)然(ran)要改變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)長短而影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi),為此(ci)更換新的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻體為好,若采用焊接修理,焊后(hou)要校驗(yan)合(he)格(ge)后(hou)才能使用。
工(gong)作原理
熱電(dian)阻(zu)是利用物(wu)質在(zai)溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),其電(dian)阻(zu)也隨著發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)的(de)特征來(lai)測(ce)量溫(wen)度(du)的(de)。當阻(zu)值(zhi)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),工(gong)作儀表(biao)便顯示出阻(zu)值(zhi)所對應的(de)溫(wen)度(du)值(zhi)。
