工作原理
熱(re)(re)電(dian)阻工業用熱(re)(re)電(dian)阻分鉑熱(re)(re)電(dian)阻和銅(tong)熱(re)(re)電(dian)阻兩大類。
熱(re)(re)電阻是利用物質在(zai)濕度(du)(du)變(bian)化(hua)時自身電阻也隨著發生變(bian)化(hua)的特性來測(ce)量溫度(du)(du)的。熱(re)(re)電阻的受(shou)熱(re)(re)部分(感(gan)溫元件(jian))是用細金屬絲均(jun)勻地(di)雙繞在(zai)絕緣材(cai)料制成的骨架(jia)上。當被測(ce)范圍內介質層中的平均(jun)溫度(du)(du)。
熱(re)電阻,裝(zhuang)配式熱(re)電阻主(zhu)要由接(jie)線盒、保(bao)護管、接(jie)線端子、絕(jue)緣套管翻感溫元件(jian)組成基本結構,并配以各種安裝(zhuang)固定(ding)裝(zhuang)置組成。
WZP型(xing)鉑(bo)(bo)電阻的感(gan)溫(wen)(wen)元件是一個鉑(bo)(bo)絲繞組(zu)(zu),雙(shuang)支鉑(bo)(bo)電阻主要用于需要用二(er)套顯示、記(ji)錄或調節儀同時檢(jian)測(ce)同一地點溫(wen)(wen)度的場合(he)。WZC型(xing)銅電阻的感(gan)溫(wen)(wen)元件是一個銅絲繞組(zu)(zu)。

目(mu)前熱電阻的引線主要有三種方式:
二(er)(er)線制:在(zai)熱電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的兩端(duan)各連接一根導(dao)(dao)線來引(yin)(yin)出電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)信號的方式叫二(er)(er)線制:這種引(yin)(yin)線很簡單,但由(you)于連接導(dao)(dao)線必然存在(zai)引(yin)(yin)線電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)r,r大小與導(dao)(dao)線的材質和長度(du)(du)的因(yin)素有(you)關,因(yin)此這種引(yin)(yin)線方式只適用于測量精(jing)度(du)(du)較低的場合(he)
三(san)線(xian)制:在熱(re)電(dian)阻的(de)(de)(de)根部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)一端連(lian)接(jie)一根引線(xian),另一端連(lian)接(jie)兩根引線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)稱(cheng)為三(san)線(xian)制,這種方式(shi)通常與電(dian)橋配套使用,可以較好的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)除引線(xian)電(dian)阻的(de)(de)(de)影響,是工業過程(cheng)控制中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)常用的(de)(de)(de)。
四線(xian)制:在熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)根部(bu)兩端各連接兩根導線(xian)的(de)(de)方式(shi)(shi)稱為(wei)四線(xian)制,其中兩根引線(xian)為(wei)熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)提(ti)供恒定電(dian)流I,把R轉換成電(dian)壓信(xin)號(hao)U,再通過(guo)另兩根引線(xian)把U引至二(er)次儀表。可見(jian)這種引線(xian)方式(shi)(shi)可*消除引線(xian)的(de)(de)電(dian)阻(zu)影(ying)響,主(zhu)要用于的(de)(de)溫度檢測。
