近日,由安徽天康(集團)股份有限公司新能源研發部開發的高電壓鎳錳酸鋰正極材料與公司生產的鈦酸鋰負極材(cai)料相匹配,全面提升電池電壓,也更好地發揮了鈦酸鋰的高安全性、長壽命等優點,彌補了錳酸鋰正極材料和鈦酸鋰負極材料所生產的鋰電池在電壓和能量密度上的缺陷。
據(ju)悉,天康(kang)集團開(kai)(kai)發的3.2V/13Ah和3.2V/30Ah新型動力鋰電池(chi)已完(wan)成了試制(zhi)和小批量生產(chan),電池(chi)的各方面(mian)性能都通過了測試,如(ru)高溫(wen)55℃,低溫(wen)-20℃,短路(lu)試驗,針(zhen)刺、跌落、擠壓、1-10C大倍率放電試驗,恒(heng)流2C循環試驗等。據(ju)該(gai)公司相關人士透露,該(gai)材料的電池(chi)產(chan)品將于下月正式轉為中試生產(chan)。該(gai)產(chan)品的成功開(kai)(kai)發證明天康(kang)集團研發實(shi)力已走(zou)在了*。
據介紹,3.2V新型動力鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)臺高(gao)達到(dao)3.25V,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓可充(chong)至(zhi)3.5V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)為(wei):質量(liang)(liang)(liang)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)≥100Wh/Kg,體積(ji)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)≥209Wh/L。而2.4V/20Ah鈦(tai)酸鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)臺為(wei)2.5V,質量(liang)(liang)(liang)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)約(yue)為(wei)65Wh/Kg,體積(ji)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)約(yue)為(wei)125Wh/L,由此可見(jian),同等質量(liang)(liang)(liang)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了54%,同等體積(ji)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了67%,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓平(ping)(ping)臺也從2.5V提(ti)(ti)升到(dao)3.25V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓平(ping)(ping)臺提(ti)(ti)升了30%。另外,3.2V新型動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)低溫性能(neng)(neng)好和大倍率循環衰減(jian)弱,它(ta)的(de)(de)問世必將推(tui)動鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池走向新的(de)(de)技術革命。
據悉,這(zhe)種新型動力(li)電池比錳酸鋰配鈦酸鋰所生(sheng)產的電池目前(qian)在成本上每瓦(wa)時可下(xia)降14.2%以上。
